International Shipments
We are happy to ship internationally. Additional shipping charges
will apply. We apologize that we are unable to to give our distant
customers exact shipping charges at the time an order is placed. This
is due to the various sizes and weights of our products. Please e-mail

Substitutions
Occasionally an item described in our catalog may not be available
exactly as indicated. Please be assured that any item substituted
will be of equal or greater value and quality. Of course, our 100%
guarantee remains effective at all times.
Product Returns
Inspect your entire order upon delivery. If your order was damaged
in shipment, call us at 1-800-322-4707 and we will process a claim
and replace your damaged product. IMPORTANT: We must be notified
of damage within one week of delivery in order to process a no charge
replacement. If you need to return a product for any reason, please
call 1-800-322-4707 to speak with a Customer Action Representative.
To return the product, package it well and include a note explaining
what service you would like: exchange, credit or refund. Insure
any product you return.
