Installation:
Using the two screws provided, fasten the clamp to an outside window frame or wherever mounting is desired. Position the clamp so that the longer end is flush to the mounting surface. Insert thermometer and mounting rod into the hole at the bottom of the thermometer. Insert thermometer and mounting rod into the clamp. Rotate thermometer to the best angle for viewing.
Note: Avoid mounting in windy areas that will inhibit accurate min./max. readings.

Operating Instructions:
Red Pointer: Indicates present temperature
Blue Pointer: Indicates minimum temperature
Green Pointer: Indicates maximum temperature
White Pointer: Resets minimum and maximum temperatures

The minimum and maximum temperatures can be reset as desired. Gently turn the knob on the front of the thermometer clockwise until the blue pointer (minimum temperature) is adjacent to the red pointer. Next, turn the knob counterclockwise until the green (maximum temperature) is adjacent to both the red and blue pointers. As the temperature rises and falls, the green and blue pointers will adjust to reflect the maximum and minimum temperatures.

Caution: For accurate readings and proper operation of this product, avoid mounting in direct sunlight or near a source of heat.
