Simplify Assembly

Adding Multi-Wall polycarbonate to your wood framework is easier when using these special pieces to hold the panels in place. The Caps are made of a tough, sunlight resistant polycarbonate, and are weatherproof and maintenance-free.

Use End Caps on the top and bottom of Multi-Wall polycarbonate to close the channels. This keeps out dirt and insects. Also use End Caps on the outside edge of corner panels. Channel is approx. 5/8" deep.

The Joiner Cap is used to connect Multi-Wall polycarbonate over studs and rafters. Joiner Cap is approximately 2" wide.

Use Gasket Washers #1436 on Washer Head Screws where fastening the center of panels to support blocking.

Builder's Notes: Drill Caps (Base) every 12" for Washer head Screws. Caps are easily cut to length with a hacksaw.
