This attractive “micro-climate” case allows you to easily imitate the conditions where orchids thrive in the wild, plus have the fun of watching them grow every day! Clear acrylic walls and door offer you a 4-sided view for displaying. The inside environment is simple to regulate by adjusting positions of different parts. Extra humidity is furnished from a bottom humidity tray. Vents in the ceiling and hood are provided to regulate heat and humidity. A quiet fan provides good air circulation. Versatile, acrylic grid shelves let light and air filter through and allow good drainage. Two larger shelves, 23" L x 9" W, hold a variety of pot sizes. A narrower, 23" L x 3" W, shelf accommodates smaller, high-light plants. Slabs can hang on the J-bar on 3 sides. Two, 15" long, Hi Intensity, biaxial, fluorescent lights provide the additional light needed to grow and flower orchids. A mirror-like finish, aluminum reflector directs light down for maximum efficiency. Grounded for safety. Hood and bottom humidity tray are designed of sturdy, ABS plastic. Also included are a thermometer/hygrometer with memory, acrylic care kit and complete instruction manual.
