Use Foil Tape to seal joints for products such as 2569 Foil Insulation, and 2562 Reflectix Insulation.

 More Details:
This tape can also be used to tape the ends of TwinWall polycarbonate panels. Just cut it in half to 1" width.
NOTE: After the tape has been applied to the panel, you will need to use a pattern wheel to perforate the tape at the bottom of the panel so the panel can "breathe" and release any condensation.
